I stand behind all my products and list very honestly. I enclose a note with each item advising the buyer to contact me if there is any problem and I will gladly work with them to resolve it to their satisfaction. There is no need to leave negative feedback because I do offer a refund if the item does not live up to the listing. It may be returned within 7 days (at the buyers expense in the manner in which it was mailed to them) for complete refund. |
