I aim to ship within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared payment. I do ship on Saturday wherever possible

Proof of postage is obtained for every item sent and every item is covered by insurance up to a total value of £28.00. If your item is more valuable please ask for extra insurance which can be offered for an extra charge

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, but I will make the neccessary claims to recover any losses and refund payments for lost items AFTER the claim has been settled. Please note that the Post Office do not deem an item lost until AFTER 15 working days have past

If your item has been damaged in transit please keep all packaging, a claim cannot be entertained without this

I do offer a discount for multiple purchases on an individual basis as I may be able to offer better discounts on certain items. Please ask before bidding

I do accept returns within 10 days of receipt and will refund the total cost of the item if there is a fault

Items must be returned at your own cost and proof of postage must be obtained

All non-fault items MUST be returned in their original UNUSED condition and in original packaging. If the item is deemed to be used I reserve the right to refuse a refund
