Item Description

A5 size brochure on the Stables Theatre Club, Manchester.  Founded in 1969, The Stables was supported by Granada TV as a means of developing ideas for tv but the brochure says that Granada then decided in 1970 to stop supporting the theatre but would hand it over free of charge to a group of trustees. This brochure sets out the aims of the Club and details of the backing needed. it has photos of some of the productions that were put on and notes about those who performed there. Minor wear/dirt/creasing but generally a nice piece of Manchester/Granada memorabilia.
