This wooden block has an attached metal plate that was used to print the advertisement for the film in newspapers. Plate is 1.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches long. Block is about 1" thick, and has the film title imprinted on the side. The plate can be inked and used as a stamp to reproduce the ad, as shown in the photo. The 7th Voyage of Sinbad is stop-motion-animation artist Ray Harryhausen's first great color film. Ad shows stars Kerwin Mathews and Kathryn Grant, with the giant monster Cyclops attacking a ship in the background. Low starting price on this rare item for monster fans! Excellent condition.
